About Frank

Meet Frank

Mrvan Means Family First

Frank graduated from Morton High School before going on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Frank and his wife Jane live in Lake County, where they met in high school and have been together ever since. They have two daughters Genevieve and Scarlett. Frank is inspired by his dad’s service in the Indiana State Senate, where he traveled to the Statehouse to serve the people of our region.

I'm proud to represent the City of Hammond, where I was born and raised, Highland, where I raised my family, and every city & town throughout Northwest Indiana in Congress.

Frank has taken his Northwest Indiana values seriously.

Before running for Congress, Frank served as the North Township Trustee for 15 years, and through his time in the Trustee office he knows the value of being a trusted resource and how to help people in the time of need.

Frank is currently serving in his second term in Congress on behalf of the people of Northwest Indiana where he’s fighting to protect women’s access to reproductive healthcare, growing the regional economy by advocating for good-paying jobs, and protecting the steel industry from bad actors around the globe.

To represent the strong labor and manufacturing industries of Northwest Indiana, Frank is honored to serve as Vice-Chairman of the Congressional Steel Caucus.
